Quiet. The house is completely quiet. The child is on the bus to school. The breakfast is nearly cool. The ducks outside m windows chatter. Sun shines down its healing rays. I am blanketed in weight pressing down and pressing in. I sit in the dark, listening to the sounds of life outside. My head knows I must make the effort to experience the change, my arms too weighted to throw open the windows, I sit, enveloped and most definantly moving away…remaining motionless.
